The beauty of PaperCoat is it offers you so many alternatives as to how it can be
applied and stuck on your surface. We designed the product so you can treat it like laminated paper and use the same sticking methods you previously used. Or, you can peel it and apply it for quick application. No matter how you apply it, there are afew tips you should know before starting.
Just never forget to clean the surface first and apply on a dry surface!
Peeling PaperCoat
Outdoor Use
The most important thing to remember is to wipe down the surface first. Give the
surface a wipe so the dust is removed. Once the surface is cleaned, peel the backing off and apply the surface. For best application, smooth the product over to remove any air bubbles and ensure you push it down on the surface with some pressure. Surfaces it applies to: Concrete, rough surfaces, tiles, walls etc.
For wood surfaces, its best you staple, glue or apply something to stick it too.
Indoor Use People are going nuts for PaperCoat because it can be applied indoors and not destroy your surface. That means, you can apply PaperCoat on your wall and when you peel it off, it won’t take off any paint or damage your walls.
Again, for best use, we recommend you clean the surface.
Outdoor / Indoor Use – Glue It
If you need something stronger than our adhesive we recommend you apply some long lasting glues. These glues are great for outdoor use. Be sure to glue it in a dry setting as rain can get in between PaperCoat and the surface to ensure the glue never dries. Even in these situations, we recommend you clean the surface first before applying the glue.
Outdoor / Indoor Use – Staple It
A common way to apply PaperCoat is to staple it to a surface. This is very common for wood surfaces like Fire Station Boards. Simply staple the corners into your surface and PaperCoat isn’t going anywhere!
Outdoor / Indoor Use – Zip Tie It
For best application when zip tying, we recommend that you zip tie all four corners. Simply put a hole in the corner and zip tie PaperCoat to your surface.
Outdoor / Indoor Use – Pin It
PaperCoat can be pinned onto your surface. Our quality product is 170 GSM thick so be sure to apply a commercial grade pin for best results.
